David Zoba

David is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. David became a consultant to Freeman Spogli in 2018. Currently, David is Senior Adviser to JLL, the global real estate services firm, where he served as Chairman of JLL’s Global Retail Leasing Board from 2016-2022. David began working with Freeman Spogli in 2001 in connection with the Firm’s investment in Galyan’s Trading Company, where he served as EVP Real Estate and General Counsel. From 2009 to 2016, David held various senior level real estate positions at Gap Inc. From 2006 to 2009, he served as the COO of Steiner & Associates.
