Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, HTM Sports was a leading marketer and seller of Head skis, tennis racquets, golf equipment and footwear, Tyrolia skis and ski bindings, San Marco and Munari ski boots and Mares diving equipment.  Freeman Spogli realized its investment in HTM Sports Holding through a sale of the company to the Austrian State Tobacco Company (Austria Tabak) in 1993.
