Based in Houston, Texas, Century Maintenance Supply was a leading distributor of maintenance, repair and operations supplies to the multifamily apartment market.  Founded in 1936, Century Maintenance Supply provided free same-day or next-day service on virtually all orders by delivering its products via company-operated trucks from distribution centers located in major metropolitan markets throughout the U.S.  Freeman Spogli realized its investment in Century Maintenance Supply through a sale of the company to Hughes Supply in 2003.
