Ms. Sheets spent the past 25 years at I.B.M. investing in and managing its private equity partnerships.  In that role, she served on numerous Limited Partner Advisory Boards for U.S., European, and Asian funds.  I.B.M. has invested with Freeman Spogli since 1988.

Ms. Sheets has a B.S. from the University of Delaware, an M.A. and M. Ph. from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
